Mitzvah Day Project Info

Please fill out this form for each project. Response by December 15 is greatly appreciated.

SECTION 1 - TBE Project Lead
Please share the following information about yourself, the TBE Mitzvah Day Project Lead. The Mitzvah Day chairs and staff will use this to contact you about the Mitzvah Day project you are coordinating and leading.

SECTION 2 - About the Project
This section is all about the project you're organizing. We will use this information to help plan the day, allocate space, setup registration, publicity and more. Please answer to the best of your knowledge and update Aleeza Hoffert at engage@tbemadison.org if anything changes or with additions. (if lots of new info, please resubmit the form). 
(example: Park Clean Up)
{example: We will clean up the outdoor areas around Wingra Park after lunch. Please wear closed-toe shoes and clothes that can get dirty or wet. Children are welcome.)
SECTION 2A - Time
Religious School will be in session from 9:15 to 11:45 am followed by lunch for school families. Offsite projects for adults can take place in the morning or for pre-school age kids. All other projects for all ages can take place in the afternoon. At 5:00 pm everyone is invited to a culmination dinner in honor of the good we spent our day doing.

In addition we will have a mitzvah related fair in the building, open to the public from 3:00-5:30 pm.

SECTION 2B - Location
We will review all requests for projects at Temple before confirming that there is space for your project. Classrooms will be available for projects in the afternoon. The kitchen is also available for a project. The Weinstein Community Court and Swarsensky Social Hall are generally not available as a project space. Off-site projects are most welcomed to be out in the community we're helping!
(example: need lots of table space or need the kitchen to cook in)
Please share any additional info about your location that might be helpful to organizers or participants. Is your meeting location different from the project location? Are you starting in one place and moving to another? need power outlets. Indoor/outdoor, etc. 
SECTION 2C - Participants
Information about who can participate in the project
examples: needs to know how to knit, able to easily walk on uneven terrain, able to carry 20 lbs, bring own gardening gloves, wear close-toed shoes, etc.
SECTION 2D - Materials and Resources
Let us know about material and financial needs.
