How to Order and Enjoy Food-A-Rama

Online preordering: Preorder your corned beef sandwich lunch, vegetarian Mediterranean lunch, and deli items from Sunday, September 14 through the Tuesday, October 21 order deadline. 

Preordered “Curbside” Pickup: Preordered lunches and preordered deli items will be ready for drive-through pickup in the TBE parking lot.

Preordered “In Temple” Pickup: Preordered lunches and preordered deli items will be ready for pickup in the back of the Swarsensky Social Hall in Temple Beth El. Deli items are only available by online preorder.

Preordered lunches can be “take away” or “dine in.” Please feel free to enjoy your lunch at tables in our Swarsensky Social Hall.

New for 2025 – The FAR Hot Dog Stand: A limited number of “Hot Dog & Bag of Chips” lunches will be available for purchase at Temple on Food-a-Rama day, Tuesday, November 4.  Purchase a coupon ticket at the Bakery and redeem for a Hot Dog Lunch in the Swarsensky Social Hall.  The Hot Dog Stand will be open from 10:30 am until we sell out. Hot Dogs are all-beef.  A limited number of Vegan Hot Dogs will be available while supplies last.

Celebrated Bake Sale: We welcome bakery customers in the Weinstein Community Court at Temple Beth El on Tuesday, November 4, starting at 10:30 am. Bakery cannot be preordered.

Preorder deadline: The deadline for "Curbside" or "In Temple" pickup lunch orders, Capitol Lakes delivery, and all deli items is Tuesday, October 21. Place your order now!

Lunch preordering is strongly recommended. Only a limited number of corned beef sandwich lunches ($20) and Vegetarian Mediterranean lunches ($16) will be available for purchase on Tuesday, November 4 at Temple Beth El for customers who did not preorder. Preordering is recommended.

Proceeds from Temple Beth El Sisterhood’s Food-A-Rama support Temple Beth El, Camp Shalom, and community organizations.

How do I preorder lunches and deli items?
Online preordering will be available Sunday, September 14 through the Tuesday, October 21 order deadline using the order form below.

Can I walk in on Tuesday, November 4 and buy a Corned Beef or Vegetarian Mediterranean lunch without preordering?
Only a limited number of Corned Beef sandwich lunches and Vegetarian Mediterranean lunches will be available for purchase and at a slight upcharge from the preordered price. When they’re gone, they’re gone! Preordering is strongly recommended.

How do I order a Hot Dog Lunch?  
“Hot Dog & A Bag of Chips Lunch” cannot be preordered and is only available for purchase at Food-a-Rama Tuesday, November 4.  A coupon ticket must be purchased at the Bakery on FAR day and redeemed at the NEW FOR 2025: FAR Hot Dog Stand in the Swarsensky Social Hall.  

Will Vegan Hot Dogs be available at the NEW FAR Hot Dog Stand?
Yes, a limited number of Vegan Hot Dogs will be offered.  

Can I buy deli items without preordering?
Deli items are available by preorder only, while supplies last. Order deli items beginning Sunday, September 14 through the Tuesday, October 21 order deadline using the order form below.

When does the Food-A-Rama bakery open?
The bakery opens at 10:30 am on Tuesday, November 4, in the Weinstein Community Court at Temple Beth El. Bakery items cannot be preordered.

Can I eat my lunch on site?
Dining tables will be available in the Swarsensky Social Hall. We invite you and your friends to enjoy your Food-A-Rama lunch at Temple Beth El.

What is included in the corned beef sandwich lunch?
Corned beef on rye, pickle slice, potato salad, coleslaw, napkin, fork, mustard, and our famous Food-A-Rama oatmeal chocolate chunk cookie.

What is included in the vegetarian Mediterranean lunch?
Hummus, baba ghanoush, salad, carrots, cucumbers, celery, pita, napkin, fork, and our famous Food-A-Rama oatmeal chocolate chunk cookie.

What is included in the family pack?
One pound of corned beef, loaf of rye, 4 pickle slices, one pound of coleslaw, one pound of potato salad, and 4 Food-A-Rama oatmeal chocolate chunk cookies.

What is included in the purchased on site Hot Dog Lunch?
One all beef or vegan hot dog and chips.

Is delivery available?
Delivery is available to Capitol Lakes only (delivered to the "Main St. Main Desk" between 11:30 am and 12:00 pm).
