6:00 PM - 7:30 PMZoom

As the end of the stay-at-home order approaches, we are left with many questions about the practical implications for our lives. As part of the TBE Wellness Series, a panel of fellow community members who are experts in their fields will discuss what reentry to communal living may look like.

Our panelists include:

James Sosman, MD, specialist in infectious diseases

Jim is a professor of medicine at the UW School of Medicine and Public Health and an internal medicine specialist in Madison, Wisconsin. He has been practicing for 32 years. He graduated from the University of Chicago School of Medicine and trained at Stanford University, where he was on the faculty before moving to Madison in 1995. He is head of research for the UW Division of General Internal Medicine. He is also a member of the UW Division of Infectious Disease and serves as medical director for the UW Health HIV Care & Prevention Program and for the Midwest AIDS Training and Education Center of Wisconsin.

David Gundersen, DDS, MPH, dentist

David holds a master’s in public health and was formerly the director of school health programs for the Wisconsin Department of Health. He worked for the Department of Health for 10 years before going to dental school. He is currently the chair of First Choice Dental’s clinical leadership team, making decisions about how their 11 offices provide care in the short term and how and when they will open again for comprehensive services.

Rob Roquitte, CFA, investment manager

Rob has 30 years of investment experience serving in business development, client servicing, portfolio management, and department oversight roles. Although his experience has been with large money management organizations, he has sought out entrepreneurial roles including establishing new products and markets, opening new office locations, and maintaining P&L responsibilities. Additionally, he created a successful multifamily real estate business that continues to operate today. Rob also serves on two institutional investment committees for nonprofit organizations (including chairing the endowment/finance committee). He received a BSBA in finance and marketing from the University of Denver and his MBA in finance and economics from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago. Rob also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Erica Serlin, PhD, psychologist

Erica is a licensed psychologist who provided assessment and psychotherapy to individual children, adolescents, and adults as well as couples and family therapy for 35 years before retiring from a multidisciplinary group practice 6 years ago. Although a general practitioner, Erica specialized in working with several populations, including child and adult trauma survivors. Erica continues to serve as clinical adjunct faculty in the UW Department of Psychiatry, providing supervision and consultation to psychology and psychiatry trainees as well as to individuals and organizations that offer mental health services in the community. In addition, Erica served for many years on the Board of Directors of the Rainbow Project, a nonprofit agency that works with children and families who have experienced trauma. Erica also taught workshops and seminars on a variety of mental health topics at the local, state, and national level. Finally, she has served as a member and vice chair of the Wisconsin psychology licensing board and as a member and chair of the Ethics Committee (Professional Issues Committee) of the Wisconsin Psychological Association.
