Celebrate Shabbat with Temple Beth El at parks around Madison. Join us at 5:15 pm for pre-Shabbat nosh and stay for worship at 6:00 pm. Please bring your own lawn chairs.

Join the Families with Young Children group for a pre-Shabbat game in the park! Children will be engaged in a cross-park scavenger hunt and working as a team, while parents and other congregants are welcome to mingle and get to know one another. This is a great opportunity for your kids to get to know others and to enjoy summer in Madison! Scavenger hunt will begin at 5:15 pm before Shabbat and run up until services begin, with time for kids to enjoy the nosh too.

Please also join us for our last outdoor Shabbat of the season, Camp Shabbat and End of Summer Celebration, September 5, 5:15 pm at Goodman Campus.

Thank you to Jeff Levy for his generous donation helping us secure park shelters and provide a wonderful pre-Shabbat nosh.

Please register in advance so we have enough food. To be more environmentally friendly, consider bringing your reusable plates if you have them!
