A Whole Latke Fun: Hanukkah Party for Families with Young Kids

Enjoy a delicious latke and pasta bar with an assortment of toppings, a festive song session, stories, dreidel spinning, cookie decorating*, sufganiyot, Hanukkah-themed crafts, scavenger hunts, community and so much more. We look forward to gathering as a community ahead of the holiday and to build excitement for the coming holiday season! We're going all out, and we hope you'll join us. It's going to be a whole latke fun!
Registration includes craft supplies, pasta dinner, latkes, donuts, and more. Please register in advance for $54 per family.
We also need many volunteers to help make it all happen. If you're able to lend a hand or want more information on help needed please reach out to Nick Nuñez, event chair, or Aleeza Hoffert, TBE program coordinator.
Optional Mitzvah: Participate in the Mitzvah of Holiday Shoeboxes for Nehemiah (bring your filled box or items for a box with you to the Hanukkah party).

Healing House provides respite care to persons experiencing homelessness who are recuperating from surgery, illness, or childbirth. TBE and other congregation volunteers cook meals for the residents and staff on a quarterly basis and drop them off at 5:00 pm each day at Healing House, 303 Lathrop St., Madison, WI 53726. Our team has signed up to provide meals the week of Feb 9 - Feb 15. Menu items (not specific recipes) will be assigned to you by Ruth Frawley, our dinner coordinator, the week before.
