Paddling into the Days of Awe: A High Holy Day Gathering on Lake Wingra

Bring your kayak, canoe, paddleboard—or anything that floats—and meet us in the center of Lake Wingra for a brief, meaningful gathering to mark the entrance to the Days of Awe.
Together, surrounded by the beauty of nature and community, we’ll reflect and hear the sound of the shofar echo across the water.
All ages welcome—come float into 5786 with intention and inspiration.
Canoes, paddle boards, kayaks, and more are available for rent through Wingra Boats. We recommend arriving early if you are planning on renting.
