Please join us for pre-Shabbat conversations. Led by Rabbi Prosnit (with some occasional guests) these are gatherings to discuss some of the pressing issues of the Jewish world in an open, friendly, and safe environment. Questions, doubts, and hesitations encouraged.
Friday, February 27 - Please join us for pre-Shabbat discussion for an opportunity to join with other TBE congregants to continue to reflect on our relationship with Israel. While, the news of Israel has been off the front page, no doubt it remains on our minds and in our hearts.
At the Sisterhood Shabbat on February 27, we are collecting items to donate to Planned Parenthood’s upcoming Community Baby Shower. The Community Baby Shower is for new and growing families and offers access to baby supplies, local resources, services and support. Suggested items include diapers, baby clothes, pacifiers, bibs, socks, and gently used bigger items such as car seats, tubs, high chairs and strollers. If you have something large that you would like to donate or are unable to make it to Sisterhood Shabbat, please reach out to Kat Hsia and Beth Kaplan for assistance.
