1:00 PM - 3:00 PMMadison Metropolitan Sewerage District’s Nine Springs Wastewater Treatment Plant, 1610 Moorland Rd Madison, WI 53713Celebrate Earth Month with a fascinating 90-minute tour of the Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District’s Nine Springs Wastewater Treatment Plant at 1610 Moorland Road on Friday, April 10 at 1:00 pm. The tour will be led by congregant Martye Griffin and is coordinated by TBE Environment and Climate Change Team (ECCAT). ECCAT members encourage participants to join them afterwards at the nearby Monona Bakery and Eatery (4544 Monona Drive) for socializing and discussing environmental concerns. Please wear flat, close-toed shoes. It's a walking tour that includes stairs.
